Who loves The Berenstain Bears books? We do, they are so much fun and teach great life lessons. My daughter is old enough to read them on her own or cuddle up with her brother and read them to him. They love these books and learning a long the way without them knowing that they are learning is very helpful when they do not feel like sitting down with a work book.

There is so many lessons you can learn from these books. We have quite a collection of them. Some of our favorites are Forget Their Manners, Golden Rule, Kindness Counts, Honey Hunt Helpers, Help the Homeless, Get Involved, Keep the Faith, and God Loves You. Even if you just let your child read this books and do no activities with them, they will learn a lot about life.

Some of my favorite ideas to do with these books:

Get involved, you can have your child help with something in the community or help with a simple church event.

Teaching your child manners is very important, how to say please and thank you, you're welcome, and I am sorry. You can have your children practice says this words.

The Golden Rule and Kindness counts

Teach your child how they should treat others but also teach them how people should treat them. Being kind goes a long way. Have your child do something nice for someone and get anything in return.

This world we live in is changing everyday, and gets worse everyday. Teaching our children right from wrong, being kind, manners and being helpful is very important. Have a great week.

Blessings,

April
